refused to acknowlege a coupon for a free service call

Can to repair my washer (it was leaking). Found out it was the washer house. Did not have one in the truck to repair. They left. I called the company back indicating that I forgot to give them a coupon for a free service visit. When I spoke woith the manger he said they only accept coupons if work is done. I told him they did not have the supplies with them to do the work. He said "if I am going to nickel and dime them over an $89 service charge they do not want me as a customer." Are you kidding. NEVER EVER use this group. He was rude and totally disrespectful over the phone. If they will not honor a coupon what would happen if I used them to re-model my kitchen and things went wrong?

You told our techs that you would take care of the ripped washer hose yourself, which is why we didn't order a new hose for you. The coupon you mentioned is clearly marked with "work completed." We didn't do any repair work, therefore there is no valid coupon to deduct. I am glad you were able to save money by making the repair yourself! The only charge is the service fee we told you over the phone and you agreed to before we sent our techs out to your home. After having that leak for three days as you mentioned, I bet you're very happy to find out is was just a leaking washer hose!

As I mentioned in our conversation, we would be glad to accept our coupon for a free service fee with work performed any time you call just as long as you have us perform the work. Save your coupon and give us another try when you need a repair done. Our trained techs found your problem very quickly and as you said, were very good. Sorry we couldn't accept the coupon without doing any work, give us another try.
