Iam 87 yrs old Watching my son's dog and house while he and his family are away. I tried to water the plants but the faucet would not function. It wouldn't turn off. I didn't know where the turn off was. I called Curtis and a repair person (Jacob) replied within an hour!!!!. He was pleasant, reassuring and had repaired the problem within 2 hours. He alleviated my concern and inspected other potential problems. I was so impressed with this young man, I purchased a service policy for my son. An excellent experience..
