I had a heat pump installed last October. Following this installation, my electrical panel couldn't take the extra load and I had to get this panel replaced at a price tag of $5500. When I did need the heat pump, my house was not getting cool. I had to call in Curtis who had to add freon to the unit. Next, all the rooms weren't getting cool and I had to call Curtis back. They had to tighten all the louvers in the attic. It was one thing after the next. Needless to say, I'm an extremely dissatisfied customer.
