Contacted Curtis because a co-worker recommended using them. I called to have my oil burner serviced and for them to look over my system. There wound up being a stuck valve along with a leaky valve that they found during their inspection.

The first price they gave my wife was $1200 for the repairs. When they were able to get the stuck valve to move, then the service manager said $500 for the repair with the addition $189 for the regular service call. When I checked the receipt when I got home, the $500 repair was actually $589 and a whole lot more than I was anticipating for.

I had no communication with the technicians. I was at work and my wife was relaying all the information to me while they were there.

At Curtis Total Service all prices are quoted upfront before the work begins. In this case all prices were given to this customers wife, she signed the work order and we did the work. At Curtis Total Service all of our work has a minimum warranty of one year. Contract customers get two years full warranty on repairs.
