Way too expensive - Rip Off

I called Curtis to come look at a garbage disposal, hot water heater issue and an electrical panel. They came the same day I called which was great; however, they charged me $89 so they could provide me a ridiculous priced estimate. They wanted $650 to replace a garbage disposal, $388 to install a small PVC pipe on the water heater and they wanted $6,000 to replace an electrical panel! I ended up paying someone else $215 to fix both the garbage disposal and hot water heater issue. I also received a quote for $1,500 to replace the electrical panel from a certified electrician. Not sure what they're thinking but they couldn't fool me with their outrageous prices.
