Not Pleased. Very Expensive. Not Responsive.
I've been working with Curtis Total Service for a while, now, and, in light of my most recent experience, with the addition of a history of poor communiciation and very high expenses, I will not be continuing to call them and I would not recommend them to others, either. In the past, the technician who's come out has always worked very fast, and not taken enough time to really expplain things or giving us a change to think before drawing up contracts and moving on. I bought a furnace, through them, but ended up having to switch banks because the interest rates on the payments I had to make were so high. Not only this, but when I called them most recently in a state of emergency, I was told, two days in a row, that they were unable to get anyone out to see the air conditioner. I really haven't been impressed, recently and overall, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to others.
