I contacted Curtis Total Service because my toilet would not flush. They arrived on time and basically told me that my toilet was a piece of junk! I knew it was piece of junk because I purchased it! They offered to fix it but I told them I hated that toilet and asked them to help me get one that would work better for me. I am getting up in years and I must tell you this household item is a must and a comfortable one is a must have! The plumber ordered the new one that he recommended and installed it in no time. They also hauled off the piece of junk old one! This new toilet is absolutely beautiful! It is made at exactly the right height, flushes wonderful and I am absolutely satisfied with it! Very happy with it, it is absolutely perfect! Great job with the install, everything works great!!
