called at 9:40 for non emergency. Was told they would come slightly after 11:00-1 PM that day. Arrived slightly before 11:00. Young man was knowledgeable,friendly,
polite,wore booties to enter house. Checked furnace to see if that was causing my problem. Gave me his cell phone number so I could call him if I had questions.
