We lost water from our well. Called Curtis and they were here an hour later. Did I mention that it was 8 degrees and the wind was blowing 30 mph? They had it fixed in under an hour. There was only one glitch.......their office did not tell them that it was a well issue. But, I had a homemade pump puller, so they didn't need to go get their well truck. Jason was fantastic. They really earned their pay that day. Yes, I would recommend Curtis. Very professional, very good, very prompt. These were horrible conditions to work in for more than ten minutes. Didn't bother them, or at least they didn't show how MUCH it might have bothered them. Pricey, but right. Waaaay better than cheap and wrong.
