Charged For Drive..

Tech unable to do a cleaning. He said I needed a new boiler. He charged me anyway. Though he could have easily given me a coupon for a free service call. He also pushed my washer into my pipe causing a leak. I told him to please pull it back as I knew it would cause damage..which it did. I should not have been charged at all. I will not be recommending Curtis at all..as I was unfairly charged.

This customer had us out to perform a cleaning on her boiler. After the tech examined the boiler he offered her repair vs replacement. The unit is in very bad shape and was not worth repairing. After spending over an hour with her, including waiting while she took other phone calls, she finally decided not to do any work at all. She also had our tech move the washer because it blocked the boiler access and she was not able to move it.
