spring /summer maintenance appt.

The maintenance check on 6/22/23 wasn't up to Kellam's high standards. The tech, Jeff Marshall, seems to be more interested in texting than completing the maintenance check. Having to remind Jeff to do the pressure checks on the outside unit doesn't bode well with me. Yes the unit is new but everything should be looked into on a maintenance check. Needless to say Jeff will not be doing the fall maintenance check.
