I recently used the services from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Reno and was mostly pleased with the services they had provided. The work went well and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently, the only issue I had with their services was the upselling on products and services which was unnecessary. Overall I was satisfied with the work provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing though their customer service could use a little work.
