Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a great company but it is very expensive. I hired them to fix my leaking shower, this included taking out the water heater and replacing broken parts, putting in new pipes, and putting in new nozzles. I am very happy with the work and the technician was super professional. I was shocked that they charged me $2k for 4 hours of work and I think they might have overcharged me for certain parts. I am considering them for another job but will have to consider the high prices before I call them.
