Benjamin Franklin Plumbing replaced a valve on a water main when we were kind of in a pinch. It was our first time working with them and the work itself is fine, although it did cost about three times the price we would have paid had we not missed our appointment with a different business. The work is good though. I'd say that in the future we would shop around and wouldn't necessarily start with them, but if we needed something done we know we could go to them and have the job done right. They were there when we needed them, they said they'd do it and they did it well. One other small thing is that improving communication could make things go a bit more smoothly. I was at the property at the time of the job but my husband was out of town. They had his contact info so I called into the main office and made sure they knew that the workers should contact me at my phone number, but it didn't seem like the message got through because the same thing happened even after calling in.
