I called Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling for furnace repair and also maintenance on an air conditioning unit. The two people who came out were great--Todd and, I think, Rich or Rick. Todd has obviously got a lot of experience, and I trust his work ethic and his knowledge of the products and problems associated with them. And, he takes the time to talk with me and explain issues. Although there's some follow-up work that needs to be completed, I'm confident that will happen.
