Rug Renovating cleans both my carpets and upholstery for me. They're great! Joe is the guy who does the cleaning for me, and he is very accommodating. For example, on the last cleaning, something needed to be redone, and he made it a point to schedule me in quickly. In fact, he came all the way from downtown to take care of me. It is rare in New York City to come across service people, who go out of their way for you - to be so quick and so helpful. That is really wonderful.
