Rug Renovating recently cleaned two rugs for me. I have used them before. One rug came out perfectly fine, but the other rug did not. That particular rug was already ruined, because of dog issues. However, it came back worse than when they took it in because whatever chemical they used interacted with the chemicals that I had been using, and it left stains that could not be gotten out. So, it is hard to rate them on that service. Like I said, the rug already pretty much ruined when they took it in. As far as the other components of their service, they were prompt, polite, clean and, in general, lovely people to deal with. That part of their service was definitely Five Star. And, they did come back out when I called them.
