Rug Renovating

Very poor performance.

I have used Rug Renovating in the past and they always did a tremendous job, albeit expensive. This time, however, not so good. Rug is being returned with pet urine stains with an eplanation that if I want them eliminated I can pay an additional $1,600 fee, and then again the stain removal could only be guaranteed up to 60 to 70%. Very poor performance and no pride in cleaning the rugs.
I will never use them again and I caution anyone with a pet to look elsewhere.
