The representative I dealt with was Laura, who was accommodating and forthcoming about timing, process and cost. My rug looks great and was delivered back to me exactly the date promised. The delivery men were wonderful in moving my furniture and laying out the rug (which is large), including the mat I had bought separately to lay underneath. I highly recommend Rug Renovating.
