Our experience with Rug Renovating is a quality operation. Our point of contact , Joanne was very informative, walked us thru the process of cleaning, inclusive of pictures identifying repair work, costs and options. Timing was as predicted based on overall service of our rugs with repairs which the rug looks brand new! The pick up / delivery service is exceptional as the guys are gracious. We highly recommend.
