I used Rug Renovating quite a while ago for an antique heirloom Chinese rug, This time, I had one rug taken out to be repaired, and in the meantime they cleaned the carpets for the first time. I was very satisfied with the job.

I felt complete confidence in their opinion of what needed to be done. I felt good about having the two fellows in my home. They wore masks and booties as did we even though we're all vaccinated and boosted. I have no doubt I will use them again. I am experienced in customer service myself and know how important it is to give feedback and let them know how much I appreciate their work. Rug Renovating hit all the right notes with me.
