Rug Renovating

It was a complete disaster. They actually didn’t do anything to my rug and charged me full price for the job. They picked up the rug (even that was delayed by 2 days with no communication on their end) then they send me pictures of the rug with these black marks that I had never seen before. They proceeded to tell me that’s how they picked it up until I told them I had pictures of how they received the rug. Then they returned it exactly as they had picked it up with absolutely no work done on the rug. I finally had the actual people come in from where I had initially bought the rug and they clearly said there is no way Rug Renovating did anything on the rug there are stains here you can remove with a damp cloth. I sent multiple emails, calls throughout the process and received no explanation or feed back. I was charged the full initial quote in my card.
