My dog chewed the binding on a handmade Turkish rug that my mother personally carried back from Europe. They not only repaired the damaged section but also removed the corner tassels and rebound those areas to disincentivize the dog from further damage. They were professional, accessible, well priced, and pleasant to deal with. They picked up the rug from my house and returned it within just a couple of weeks. I would definitely use them again
