RR told me additional work needed to get done besides requested cleaning. I thought it better to communicate via email since the rep talked so fast and each phone call prices changed but what RR did was agree to do work via email then on delivery hand me receipt that didn’t include additional work only the cleaning. My payment was written on the bill as cleaning one carpet at $333.I was told $185. When I called them about corner of rug unraveling they said look at your bill- thats not on your bill. But I have the emails giving ok for specific work at a specific price. I returned carpet to them again. RR wanted to charge me an additional $600 for work they originally agreed to do for $200. No thank you.
