My parents started using Rug Renovating in the 1950s for the careful cleaning of our oriental rugs. I now have a house full of beautiful oriental rugs and I wouldn't even think of having them cared for by any company other than Rug Renovating. Not only do they thoroughly clean my rugs the expert staff is more than capable of repairing any damage, rebinding the edges and replacing the fringe for a reasonable price. When I get my rugs back from Rug Renovating they look brand new.

One thing I'd like to point out is the pickup and delivery service. These guys are terrific! They pick the rugs up and, more importantly, lay them down two weeks later with absolute precision. And, they'll adjust the rugs' positioning until I'm totally satisfied.
