A friend recommended Rug Renovating and I'm so glad she did. They picked up two Oriental rugs for cleaning and on one rug they are doing some reweaving also. The rug that has been returned looks very good, they were able to get it very clean. The gentlemen who picked up the rugs were on time, very courteous and professional. It is great when a company shows up when they say they will. Their customer service was excellent. I can easily recommend them because of this one experience with them.
