I have used Rug Renovating several times. I gave them 5 stars because they are amazing, professional, and there are incredible results. They recently cleaned two area rugs for me. One rug they cleaned more than once because it looked like it was new. I will continue to use their service because they're professional with a smile. And there are results. I would tell a potential customer of theirs I would highly recommend them. Making appointments was easy. And they usually arrive early. They give you a window, and they are there early in that time frame. They have steam cleaned my rugs here at home. They are highly respectful while they are here. But they also have taken the rugs and cleaned them in their plant. When they do that, they get a deeper clean and get higher results. Also, workers have been with the company so long that there's energy. They're seasoned "pros" who have been with the company for 20 or 30 years. They know what they're doing. And they talk you through everything. I would highly recommend Rug Renovating to my family and friends!
