Rug Renovating has cleaned several rugs for me in the past and I have always been pleased with the quality of their work. This time they cleaned a 9 x 12 Indian rug and it turned out very good. They were on time for both the delivery and pick up. The rug looks great. I will definitely keep using them. The guys who picked up the rug were on time, courteous and efficient. The office staff is always pleasant to deal with. Don't be afraid to give them a call, they always do a good job. I cannot think of a thing they need to do to improve, they are the best.
