I had an overall positive experience with Rug Renovating. They were very efficient in picking up and dropping off my rug, and the guys who came out were really nice. The company was really great, and I was well informed of all the parts of the rug cleaning process. Their price point was reasonable, and everyone I dealt with, from the delivery personnel to customer service, was excellent. My rug came looking so much cleaner and newer. I could tell it was well looked after. This was my first time using Rug Renovating, and I would definitely have them clean my rug again.
