Five and a half stars for Rug Renovating! They are a really great company. I have to give a special shout-out to Michelle, the customer service rep who made it all happen. She was great. She was instrumental in getting everything coordinated. Rug Renovating cleaned a bunch of rugs for me, and one rug pad. They Scotch Guarded a new rug and cut two new rug pads. The guys who came and picked everything up were very good and when they delivered the finished work, all the rugs and mats got laid out perfectly. Great teamwork and fantastic customer service from Rug Renovating!
