I had four rugs cleaned with Rug Renovating. One rug was very large and they charged me about $500 to do it. It actually had stains in it that they couldn't remove but they didn't tell me before I was charged, which I thought was annoying. They also charged me $40-50 per rug to do apply scotch-guard, which I hadn't requested and didn't appreciate. They do a good job and the deliverymen were good. I would probably use them again, but people should know that they have a hidden charge for the scotch-guard, that ended up costing me an extra $200.
