I'm an interior designer and I work with Rug Renovating and recommend them to my clients as well. Most recently I sent two rugs to clean, and it turned out they had a lot more damage than I thought, so I was a little disappointed, but other than that they did a great job. They're one of the best around and the pricing is fair.
