I worked with Rug Renovating recently to get three rugs cleaned, and two of them were also damaged so they did some repairs. The lady we worked with, I think her name was Jo, did a terrific job keeping me posted as to when it would be done and they had it done right on time, just before the holidays. They gave me the wrong estimate at first and even though I had already agreed to pay the higher price, she did some digging and called me back to correct the estimate, so in the end I paid a lower price that I initially thought and I was pretty happy about that.
