I recently used Rug Renovating for the first time and had a great experience with them. The staff from the company cleaned a 9 by 12 area rug. I thought that the staff was great and easy to work with. They were able to communicate any problems and questions I had - you can tell that the people at this company are professionals. Moreover, they remembered to clean up after themselves after they finish. I thought that the pricing for their service was pretty expensive but definitely worth the quality. I would recommend them to future customers because they did a great job and provided excellent service.
