I never had my rugs professionally cleaned before, I had spot cleaned up until now. The rugs were originally purchased at Bloomingdales and I went back to them to see where I could get my rugs cleaned. They recommended Rug Renovating to clean my 2 rugs and repair a fringe problem on one of them. The whole experience was amazing and the Rug Renovating team is very professional. Everything was done exactly in the timeframe they gave me and the rugs turned out great. They even moved my furniture to lay the rugs back down and moved it all back when they were done. I will be calling Rug Renovating again in the future!
