Fernando was assigned to work on my washing machine. He arrived at 11 am even tho' he had a 2-hour window (11a to 1p), diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The actual valve change-out, a couple of days later, took Fernando and Tanner less than an hour to complete and the charge was very close to what I expected. I will call Steward's for any future plumbing needs.
