very expensive

Over $700 to replace one faucet, flow valve in bathtub and replace two drain plugs. They said the pvc piping underneath was not code so they had to replace. Funny since those sinks and faucets were replaced in a 2008 remodel. I supplied all parts except Pvc. The thing that really bothers me is that they took the replaced faucet, a $400 Moen with a lifetime warranty, and never bothered to ask.

Thank you Steve for the feedback. I really value customer's comments. I reviewed the work order. I see we did a lot of work for the $700. Our work included Hallway bathroom: supplied and installed customer supplied aerator, installed Moen cartridge on bathtub valve and also reversed hot and cold on shower valve.
Master shower: removed old faucet along with s-trap drain. installed customer supplied widespread left faucet along with a new pop up drain assembly
Powder room: install customer supply pop up drain assembly - a lot of work and from the pictures that I saw it looks great! As for the old faucet, as a service to our customers we remove all the trash and dispose of it! We like to leave the home clean!
