We used Canfield to re-arrange some rough plumbing (both supply and drain) for a bathroom remodel. They did excellent work, exactly what we wanted. The technician unknowingly put a 3-inch screw through one of the supply lines when installing protective plates in front of the pipes before cleaning up and leaving. When we found the leak in the evening, Canfield was very responsive and immediately sent two technicians (one was Greg, the owner) to fix the problem and make sure everything was taken care of. Despite this issue, due to their attention to the problem and commitment to making it right, I would still use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
