Made appmt. for 17 Jan for checkup and thermostat problem. Shawn called to advise on arrival and came on time. He diagnosed thermostat problem quickly and showed us the correct settings to maintain. After the a/c checkup he sat down and debriefed us and pointed out two areas that he recommended be changed/upgraded in the future.
He told us about the winter checkup promotion and we wrote the check.
He also explained the warranty limitations should we sell our coach.
