We have always had great experiences with CoolRay&Mr. Plumber. This HVAC visit went great. Josh did a great job of checking out the units and he was more than happy to help us and fill out the paperwork for the Cobb EMC rebate program. Not only did he do a great job checking out the unit, but after being advised many times by CoolRay techs to add a float shutoff switch to our second unit in the attic, he convinced me that it was a good investment. I finally decided to have it installed. My only hope is that I will never need to use it. We could not be any happier with CoolRay. I totally recommend CoolRay to anyone who is looking for a maintenance contract or a professional company to perform required maintenance.
