Kevin was great - at first I was confused about his bill that he left buy I finally understood it. A little expensive $250 to install a Nest, but all in all good.
Service rep arrived on time - obviously a sharp guy and knew what he was doing. The price quoted was the price charged. The only slight hiccup I had ( and it may have been my fault) is I agreed to have a Nest control installed that we love. I did not quite get that the installation fee was $250 - does come with a 5 year warrantee, but a little expensive. Will not allow me to have other two installed may have have to do it myself from Home Depot.
