Unfortunately our 15 year old Heat Pump gave up the ghost right before Christmas. Our service Tech put us in touch with the sales department who came out to the house and did an evaluation. Andy showed us several package options with outdoor units and air handlers and went over the pluses and minuses of each. Once me made our selection and advised Andy, the installation crew was at the house the very next day. The installation crew were very professional an did an outstanding job installing our new Carrier System.
