Insulation on Coil Pack - Carrier Factory Issue
Big Shout Out to Shawn Dwyer...House is so much more comfortable...Simple fix, but, took time to troubleshoot. Note to your installers, if the factory is unwilling to resolve at the source at time of manufacture, to affix the inner insulation that falls into the inner coil pack at time of install. Will eliminate service call for you and improve customer perception of Carrier.
