After receiving word that our A/C system was failing, My husband and I met with Shawn Morris @ CoolRay to express our needs and concerns for a replacement system. Shawn addressed our concerns and provided options for us to choose from. After reviewing all of our options, we chose to go with CoolRay. We bought our first Carrier System approx 12 days ago and we are glad that we did. It is a quiet efficient system. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We only hope that this is an indication of what our relationship with CoolRay will look like in many years to come.
