The two young men that replaced my compressor were quite polite and very competent. They worked non-stop for 2 hours or more. I was especially impressed with the fact that initially it was thought that a small part that controlled the flow of refrigerant was worn out. Upon return the technician discovered that the compressor was not working properly and was causing the damage to the smaller component. The new diagnosis saved me more than $300.
