They were professional and courteous. They arrived early and finished the job in a timely manner. They were so quiet and efficient that I wondered if they had even started. To my surprise they had already hauled the old unit out of the attic and had already installed the new one. They left the job site clean. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they both were. They were professional from beginning to end..all in all we were glad we chose Coolray again for our heating and cooling needs.
