I’m have been happy with Coolray. I have lifetime warranty on my unit. The service person was great.....however, he mentioned that my outdoor unit was not operating properly, But when he called in to go ahead and order the part, he was advised to wait since the part was not yet broke. Now I’m nervous to turn my A/C on. Guess I have to use it and wait for it to completely break in the middle of a hot summer.

Not as happy now. I worry that the part could overheat . Can it start a fire? Or does it just stop working? How soon will I be able to get the new part and have it put in when this goes out?
