We had a new tech rep Chris Rapka. While I really liked our last rep, Chris takes it to a new level. He was well informed and helpful in coaching us on maintaining our HVAC. His work was so good, and I have never seen our units this clean since they were new. He also helped us with our UV Air cleaner lights that needed to be changed. Our contract was near the end, and it was because of Chris that we renewed for another 5 years.
