I've had a few problems recently and Coolray has been very responsive. It's June and July and they have been able to respond within a day or two. In fairness my cooling was still working and an lower priority, but they were stil lable to get here quickly in my opinion.
I'm fairly new to the area and had heating and cooling issues in my master bedroom. I had several companies come out and make recommendations on what would work best. Looking at all my option I decided to go with Coolray's recommendation and am very pleased with the result. The bedroom stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. You are a credit to your business.
