Harry provided a no hassle estimate & explained what was wrong with my system & what Cool Ray could offer. I had already done research & knew I wanted the Carrier 18s infinity 4 ton unit. Harry made my decision to go with Cool Ray very quick & easy. Harry is an excellent sales person & actually had working hands on experience, which is excellent. Cory & Robert provided outstanding service & made sure to explain the issues, and the best way to eliminate the problems, by installing the new heat pump & airhandler. In addition, they installed a system electrical switch was
at airhandler, which is a major safety feature. No other companies out of the 8 estimates I received , never stated this was required. Corey & Robert are throughly trained & their knowledge & experience surpasses all hvac techs I have encountered, in over 30 yrs. I am especially impressed on how mateculous Corey is & how he envisions how the system should operate & what needs to be altered/fixed,in order to obtain full efficiency of the entire system. Another strong attribute Corey has is he does not do a quick fix. If he can’t fix it right
& complete the fix, or does not have all equipment required, he prefers to come back so he can do the repairs accurately the first time, by not wasting the Customers time, or the Companies time, or money. Corey & Robert have extremely high morales, values, & standards. They both are representing Cool Ray to the utmost highest standards & are true reflections of a strong Company who makes sure the techs have the knowledge, training & tools to do & complete their jobs. I am very appreciative of all the work they have done. I spoke with Nick to schedule 2nd visit since I knew heat flow was I& he was immediately setting up a return visit. I specified I only wanted Corey & Robert .On the 2nd visit, Corey discovered why unit was not functioning in less than 10 minutes (duckwork had actually collapsed in 1 area) & developed a permanent fix. This fix also allowed me to decreased the thermostat 5 degrees lower than the original setting. Due to Cool Ray putting employees first in training, knowledge & tools provided, you have 2 of the most well trained, knowledgeable, Techs who are truly perfectionist; which is a major advantage to me, as a Customer. Thank you for the services & Techs you have provided. It is the first time in 24 years that I have had heat. I am thankful Cool Ray has knowledgeable Techs who truly have high standards & values & truly have the Customers best interest in mind, as if if was their own house requiring the service. Truly Corey & Robert are exceptional employees & go over & beyond normal Company standards when they are dispatched to a Customers location for service.
